How to place an order.

We accept direct bank transfer, Billplz payment gateaway, cash on delivery (For Puchong, Cyberjaya and Putrajaya Only) and credit card via Billplz & Paypall  in our checkout.

Yes! Aside Malaysia, we also ship to Brunei and Singapore. Each delivery cost may differ depends on the total weight.

MADRE shoes have variety of cutting and sizes. We have extra small cutting, small cutting, standard cutting and big cutting. But not to worry, you will have your true size by following our simple guidance. You can refer to our size guide for further information.

We are using PosLaju courier service to deliver our products to customers in Semenanjung and Sabah Sarawak. If you wish to receive your product earlier, we can arrange for meet up at the nearest location. There might be charges applied and the products should be fully paid before we deliver your product.

We only accept exchanges for product with wrong shoe size, damaged or Faulty. Please find our Exchange Policy in here. Kindly be informed that we do not accept any refunds or returns for cash. If you wish to cancel your order after making your payment, there will be penalty fee of RM50 before we fully refund your money.
