EXCHANGE POLICY

MADRE Collections accept an exchange for a product with terms and conditions below :

  1. An exchange can only be made if you have received a wrong shoe size, damaged, or defective product. However, if you wish to exchange a product for a more suitable size, kindly contact us to check for stock availability before making an exchange.
  2. If MADRE is having sale, event, clearance or pre order, customers should be aware that all products are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE.
  3. Exchange product must be in great condition, new, unworn and unused, with the original sticker of size and code still attached to the product (if any). In addition, shoes should be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product. Any missing components may not be accepted, and will be sent back to the delivery address used in the original order.
  4. Any exchanges should be made within 5 days after the product is received. The original receipt should be returned as well as proof of purchase.
  5. Any exchange product with cash is strictly not allowed. Customers are only allowed to make an exchange on any product which is by price is not more than the actual price.
